Legal Status

YMO Trust are accountable to the Charity Commission and it’s regulations as is necessary for us to operate as a charity in the United Kingdom. The Charity Commission register and regulate charities to ensure that the public can support charities with confidence.

We are also accountable to the host government of Bangladesh where we currently operate.

Trustees

We have 4 trustees, Abdulla Choudhury, Kerry Mannan, Muhammed Muhit Miah and Abdul Hamid.

Donors and Supporters

YMO Trust aims to be open and transparent with donors and supporters. We invite our regular supporters to our events and produce other materials such as newsletters and email messages as well as maintaining a strong social media presence.

Staff and volunteers

We are committed to an open and accountable management system in which staff are properly line-managed. We also have policies and procedures in place, to which staff with grievances, or those wishing to disclose information about malpractice have recourse.
